Fast delivery starts with a properly packed parcel. Follow these guidelines to help ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
Before you pack, make sure your parcel meets our size and weight limits.
- Max weight: 15 kg
- Max dimensions: 130 cm (L + W + H)
- Max length: 100 cm
Typical parcel sizes:
- Cartons: 15 kg | 4 kg
- Polymailers: 2 kg | 1 kg
- Step 1:
Place your items in a strong, new box or polymailer. Fill any empty space with cushioning materials, such as bubble wrap, to prevent items from shifting during transit.
- Step 2:
Use strong packing tape. For boxes, apply the tape in an "H" shape, sealing the center seam and both edge seams on the top and bottom.
- Step 3:
Download, print and attach your Air Waybill (AWB) securely to the top of your parcel before handing it over for collection.

- Use a strong, new box or polymailer.
- Seal your parcel securely with packing tape.
- Cushion your items with soft packing materials.
- Double-seal and bubble-wrap all liquid containers.
- Attach the Air Waybill (AWB) securely.
❌ Don'ts
- Don't use old or damaged boxes.
- Don't use torn or worn polymailers.
- Don't use duct tape, masking tape, or rope.
- Don't cover any part of the Air Waybill.
- Don't tape multiple parcels together under one Air Waybill.
Your Air Waybill (AWB) contains important shipping information, including the shipper and recipient details, tracking number, and QR code.
To ensure smooth scanning and delivery:
- Keep it Flat: Attach the label to a clean, flat surface on the largest side of your parcel. Ensure the barcode is flat, unobstructed, and clearly visible.
- Place it Upright: Position the label so it faces upright for easy scanning.
- Remove Old Labels: Remove or completely cover any old shipping labels on the parcel.
- Protect the Label: Cover the label with clear packing tape to protect it from moisture and smudging. Do not place tape over a wrinkled or folded barcode.
