How to pack your parcel

Fast delivery starts with a properly packed parcel. Follow these guidelines to help ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

Step 1: Visit the Teleport Next Day booking platform
‍Go to the order.teleportnextday.com.

Step 2: Register your details
‍Select "Business" if you are registering as a business and enter your details (Name, Email, Password, Phone number, and Company name).

Click Sign Up, or choose Continue with Google to register using your Google account.

Step 3: Verify your emailOpen the verification email sent to your registered email address and verify your account.Once your account is verified, you'll be taken to your shipping dashboard and can start creating shipments.

1. Size & weight limits

Before you pack, make sure your parcel meets our size and weight limits.

Max weight: 15 kg Max cumulative (L+W+H): 130 cm Max length: 100 cm

2. Pack your parcel

Before you pack, check your shipment complies with the destination's customs rules — see Customs rules by route below.

Step 1: Pack you items

Place your items in a strong, new box or polymailer. Fill any empty space with cushioning materials, such as bubble wrap, to prevent items from shifting during transit.

Step 2: Seal it

Use strong packing tape. For boxes, apply the tape in an "H" shape, sealing the center seam and both edge seams on the top and bottom.

Step 3: Label it

Download, print and attach your Air Waybill (AWB) securely to the top of your parcel before handing it over for collection.
