Creating a bulk order in Teleport is simple. After logging into your account, navigate to the 'Orders' section. Click on 'Create Bulk Order' and upload your order file in the specified format. Ensure that all required fields are filled out correctly. Review your order details and click 'Submit'. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
Shipping to Singapore
Duties & tax thresholds
- GST Relief Threshold: Parcels with a total CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) value of SGD 400 or less are exempt from GST.
- Over Threshold (› SGD 400): Subject to 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Payment Process: An automated payment link is issued via email/SMS upon arrival in Singapore. Payment must be completed within 3 days, or the parcel
will be slated for disposal. - Singapore Food Agency (SFA) Food Permits: Required for any food items exceeding 5 kg or SGD 100 in value. Note: Teleport does not apply for permits on your behalf. Unpermitted items will be Returned to Sender (RTS).
- Meat & Animal Products: Beef, mutton, and pork originating from Thailand are strictly banned for personal import.
- Bird's Nest Policy: Maximum 1 kg allowed per shipment. Must be in dried form only and under SGD 400 in value.
- Health Supplements: Restricted to a maximum of 3 months' supply for personal usage.

Shipping to Thailand
Duties & tax thresholds
- Duty Threshold Update: Effective 1 January 2026, Thailand has removed its import duty exemption threshold.
- Applicable Tax: Import duty and 7% VAT apply to ALL shipments with a declared value exceeding THB 1.
- Duty Rates: Specific rates depend on the item's commodity classification and HS Code.
- Payment Process: A payment link is emailed upon parcel arrival in Thailand. Recipients have 30 days to pay before the parcel is disposed of.
Special permits
Clearance requires prior regulatory permits from Thai agencies for the following categories:
- FDA (Food & Drug Administration): Food, cosmetics, drugs, and medical devices
- Excise Department: Alcohol and tobacco
- NBTC: Telecommunication equipment and radio devices
- TISI / DIW: Vehicles, auto parts, and industrial chemicals
- Fine Arts Dept: Antiques and fine arts

- Counterfeit or replica goods
- E-cigarettes and e-liquids
- Reserved wild animals and protected species

Import Threshold Rule: Shipments entering Malaysia are exempt from duties and import tax only if they meet both conditions below:
- Total CIF Value is under MYR 500, AND
- Total Gross Weight is under 30 kg
Above MYR 500 or 30 kg: Shipments are subject to standard Malaysian import duties and Sales & Service Tax (SST) based on the item's 10-digit HS code.
Customs documentation & HS codes
- 10-Digit HS Code: The first 6 digits represent the international standard; the final 4 digits are Malaysia-specific. Malaysian Customs reserves the right to amend declared codes.
- Required Documentation: Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL), Proof of Purchase (PoP / TT Slip), and Product Brochure (if requested by customs).
- Cosmetics Clearance (NPRA): Cosmetics listed in the NPRA database must have an authorized Responsible Person (RP) and a Notification Note (NOT) filed in the QUEST 3+ system prior to import.
- Other Agencies (OGA): Controlled goods require import permits from relevant Malaysian government bodies.
